Rogier van Schaik
Director
Rogier has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Starting as a Business controller he moved into Asset Management over 15 years ago and has a long and proven track record as a consultant and project manager. Before co-founding RD&A Rogier was a partner at TradeTech Consulting and later a Director and Practice Head at Virtusa. Rogier has build a consultancy on Asset Management experts specializing in in SimCorp Dimension and Asset Management and managed a team of 60 people.
Daniel Tano
Director
Daniel has over 20 years experience within the asset and investment services industry, of which 15 as a Consultant providing services and solutions to international clients. Before co-founding RD&A Daniel was a partner at TradeTech Consulting and later a Director at Virtusa International B.V. Daniels expertise is on Front Office solutions within the Asset and Investment Management industry.
Abdel Chrafih
Director
Abdel has over 20 years experience in the services industry and for the last 15 years he had several roles within the asset and investment services industry. From the start of his career Abdel has been driven by contributing to the growth of indivduals and organisations. Before co-founding RD&A Abdel was part of TradeTech Consulting and later a Director and Practice head at Virtusa International B.V.
Robert Janssen
Senior Consultant
Robert has 16 years of experience in the investment services industry, of which 14 years as a consultant. For him it comes natural to bring business and IT together to complete the picture and make full effect of realizing the engineered solutions. Before joining RD&A Consulting he spent several years as a financial services consultant.
Raymond Hendriks
Senior Consultant
Raymond, Business Consultant at RD&A Consulting has more than 15 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. Working from a business perspective, Raymond has a strong focus on the complete investment process chain, quality and is result driven. He participated in multiple projects and roles with different Asset Management clients. Before working with RD&A he worked as an Application consultant at PGGM Investments and later as Lead Business Consultant at Virtusa.
Sharief Khadje
Senior Consultant
Sharief has over 20 years of experience from various roles within the asset management industry with a strong focus on back office processes.
Before joining RD&A Sharief used to work at MN and AXA Investment Managers. Sharief participated over the years in several migrations, transitions, process optimizations and projects. He has the ability to convince people, to prioritize, to overcome barriers and is highly organized. An enthusiastic team player who shares knowledge, but is also able to work independently and is quality and result driven.
Bernard van de Weerd
Senior Consultant
With over 15 years of work experience as a consultant at renowned financial organizations such as PGGM Investments, Swedbank Robur and A.S.R. Vermogensbeheer, Bernard is familiar with the operations and processes within banks and insurers. Bernard has extensive expertise in analyzing information needs and translating requirements into functional renewal of applications and business processes. Bernard has an eye for the technical challenges, the implications on governance and the intended added value of data for business goals. This enables him to quickly connect the technical side with the business side.
Miriam de Boer

With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Miriam brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of success. Her extensive background spans both Asset Management and the Financial Services (Depositary) industry, making her a true all-rounder.

Luc Verhagen
Junior Consultant
Luc is a highly dedicated young professional with experience from operational roles at ASR and holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration. Currently Luc is focusing on building more experience within derivatives and collateral management in SimCorp Dimension
