RD&A Consulting is looking for a Technical Application Consultant. We are seeking a consultant with experience in managing Windows Servers and knowledge of various
infrastructure networks. Terms like SFTP, event viewer, and Windows services are familiar concepts.
As a Technical Application Consultant, you will be joining our Managed Services team. This team is responsible for remotely assisting customers with technical issues. You may also be required to be on-site for certain assignments for a specified duration. You will provide second-line support to the customer and their IT suppliers. In addition to incident management, you will also implement technical changes for the customer. The customer may also request your involvement in IT projects. In addition to system management, you will also be encouraged to make improvement suggestions that help the customer streamline their IT processes and/or management tasks for greater efficiency.
